Fluwi Ai llc provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) automation tools, including but not limited to:
Automated invoice creation and payment link generation, Automated receipt tracking and categorization, Automated content reposting across social platforms, Subscription-based automation templates and custom software Full Stack development services.

You agree that:
You are responsible for all activity under your account, You will review automation outputs before execution or approval, You will provide accurate information, You will comply with all applicable laws and platform rules, Fluwi Ai does not verify financial accuracy or business compliance.

Fluwi Ai may offer free trials and subscription plans, No refunds are provided on subscriptions. Users are responsible for managing subscriptions, Failure to cancel before renewal date is the user’s responsibility, Users must contact support@fluwi.ai at least 24 hours before renewal for assistance and avoid charges. If the customer forgets to cancel before the renewal Fluwi Ai is not obligated to provide refunds.

Fluwi Ai does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Automation outputs are informational and operational tools only.

All Fluwi.ai software, branding, workflows, and content are the property of FLUWI AI LLC. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Fluwi Ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, Fluwi is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, Fluwi is not responsible for user errors, misconfigurations, or misuse.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose security or legal risks.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Fluwi constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware & Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
